Blueberry PIe

I like to use fresh seasonal ingredients but I had some frozen blueberries around and a pie seemed like a good use for them.

Baking time: 425°F for for 25 minutes then 350°F for 25 minutes.

First make your pastry dough and toss it in the fridge to cool.
